Founded in 1998 after combing two successful companies, Dreamworks continues to deliver high quality work beyond customer expectations. We incorporate the design, build concept to better serve our customers with a one stop shop. We have served both the private and municipal sector in our commercial construction division. In 2000, we improved our primary means of construction for our custom home division to factory built, modular homes. This has given us an advantage in the field as we are able to deliver a better built home, in a climate controlled environment and in a much faster timeframe. This provides our customers with a high value opportunity where they, in most cases, get more for their money. Although we custom design all of the homes that we build, most customers start there planning with a basic floor plan from one our many offerings.
